How to get "Skinny"

Everyone has there own idea of "Skinny". I say healthy, because you can be "skinny" and look like your face is sinking in to your skull ;I think that we should focus on being healthy. I use to weight about 159, but the reason being that I use to be on birth control. Birth control makes you gain weight, because it tricks your body into thinking you are pregnant. I highly suggest to not use birth control, it screw up your body, and gives you synthetic hormones. Talk to your doctor about taking another pill to help with bleeding, or regulating if that is the issue. Now back to being healthy here are some tips to get your body to a desired weight.
1. Cut out the carbs. You may not know this but we do need carbs , but not alot. Carbs help retain water weight, and that is the toughest weight to loose. Carbs add up very quickly to and are hard to get rid of , so stay away as much as you can.
2. Drink a ton of water. Water does not only cleanse your body of impurities ;which is good since most times we gain weight to keep imputrites out, but it also helps with hunger. The more water you drink, the less hungry you are.

3. Cardio! If you do atleast an hour of cardio a day (ex. walking,running, swimming) the weight will literally walk off. (well not literally , but it feels like it ) Cardio does wonders.

4. Protein! Eat protein and lean meats such as fish and chicken. They are less in fat and are filled with protein. For breakfast try just eating egg whites, this is full of protein and less fat without the yolk.

These are my tips and tricks to help losing weight and becoming healthy. I hope these work for you, because they sure did for me.
