I miss you

I do not think there is a way to get rid of heart ache.. Especially when a guy tells you he likes you and then leaves you. Especially when you and him had been talking about being this perfect couple, going on dates, and what are kids would look like. ahah it sounds pathetic but this is just teenage love. I really wish there was a way tog et rid of it. But I can not stop thinking of you. Please talk to me.. and still be my best friend. I miss you

Exams.... UGH!

Okay well this is what I am going to say about exams.... F@#*K they suck aha. In the end you're so happy to be over! Well, I have decided that starting tomorrow. ( yes tomorrow) I will begin to make study guides.  I have done this in the past and this routine has been HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL!
So here is the routine

1. Make study guides 2 weekends before the exam. Then at school get them looked over by your teacher and see if they need more or if there is stuff you will not need to know.

2. Then start studying only 2 subjects a night! Study them for each about an hour take a break between each.

3. Before the night of an exam DO NOT CRAM ON THAT SUBJECT! Briefly go over it, then go over other subjects for the next exams. If you have studied enough... then you will be fine.

4. Put the computer away, and go to bed at a DECENT time. I say around 9:30-10.

5. In the morning DO NOT HAVE A BIG BREAKFAST! The reason is because most of the blood will leave your brain and go to your stomach to digest it... so LIGHT BREAKFAST!

I promise if you do this routine effectively, you will be fine!!

How to get "Skinny"

Everyone has there own idea of "Skinny". I say healthy, because you can be "skinny" and look like your face is sinking in to your skull ;I think that we should focus on being healthy. I use to weight about 159, but the reason being that I use to be on birth control. Birth control makes you gain weight, because it tricks your body into thinking you are pregnant. I highly suggest to not use birth control, it screw up your body, and gives you synthetic hormones. Talk to your doctor about taking another pill to help with bleeding, or regulating if that is the issue. Now back to being healthy here are some tips to get your body to a desired weight.
1. Cut out the carbs. You may not know this but we do need carbs , but not alot. Carbs help retain water weight, and that is the toughest weight to loose. Carbs add up very quickly to and are hard to get rid of , so stay away as much as you can.
2. Drink a ton of water. Water does not only cleanse your body of impurities ;which is good since most times we gain weight to keep imputrites out, but it also helps with hunger. The more water you drink, the less hungry you are.

3. Cardio! If you do atleast an hour of cardio a day (ex. walking,running, swimming) the weight will literally walk off. (well not literally , but it feels like it ) Cardio does wonders.

4. Protein! Eat protein and lean meats such as fish and chicken. They are less in fat and are filled with protein. For breakfast try just eating egg whites, this is full of protein and less fat without the yolk.

These are my tips and tricks to help losing weight and becoming healthy. I hope these work for you, because they sure did for me.

Sleep

Well. Last night I went to bed at 5:30 and woke up at 4:44. I call that a sucessful sleep , but I did not do any of my homework. I also have 2 quizzes today. I feel refreshed and ready to go!! Okay now my first step about getting healthy is working. Yesterday I had trail mix and an apple. That was my food for the day aha. I am not going to starve myself, it is just I am not that hungry anymore. I also am starting to talk to this guy, but he has a girlfriend. He is perfect for me though, he always complements me and is so adorable. Maybe he will be breaking up with his long distance girlfriend for me?

The first step

    I think it was awesome how the girl on awkward was able to do blog posts , and then everything would turn out good for her. I am definitely not saying this is what I want to happen to me, but it would be nice. Today I did realize that I am beautiful but, I can work on some things. That is the reason why I am going to start blogging so you can join me on my journey to find me. It sounds cheesy but I want to be able to find the confident, healthy, and unique me.
1. Getting back in shape, since last year I have gained 25 pounds. That is something I want to loose cause I do not feel healthy.
2. Work more on my grades and care less about boys.
3. Become the confident self I use to be.
